Hey, guys, continuing on this series of insurance companies that we represent this week, I want to focus on one of our other insurance carriers we right through, and that’s Travelers Insurance.
Travelers Insurance
Travelers is another great option to consider when when it comes to auto and homeowners insurance. They’re a great complement to other insurance providers that we represent, such as Erie and Encompass. Travelers is also very competitive when it comes to boats, motorcycles, and ATVs as well.
Travelers Technology
Travelers do things they’re pretty high up on the technology side of things. So with Travelers, if you’re very tech savvy and you want a quote proposal, I can actually text you a Quote proposal directly from my computer that gets sent to your cell phone.
So you can easily pull up the quote proposal and be able to view that on your phone. Of course, we can also email that to you or any other way you’d like to receive the proposals. But Travelers does a really good job with their marketing.
Travelers Marketing
Again, you don’t see a ton of Travelers television commercials or radio ads, which helps keep their rates low and stable. So that’s another reason we represent them, is because we handpick the companies we want to represent to make sure we’re able to provide the best value to you as our client.
Another cool thing that Travelers does, and this is a promo that they’re running through the end of 2019 is any new homeowners insurance policy that we write through Travelers. Travelers will actually mail you a free Amazon Echo for your home. So pretty cool feature there.

They’re always doing things to entice new customers. Again, they do a really good job of keeping their rates low and stable each and every year, and they’ve been a great resource for us.
Travelers more competitive
They tend to be more competitive when you get out towards the lake, towards Franklin County Boone’s Mill. They have really good competitive rates, especially if your house might be located in a rural area off the beaten path a little bit, maybe more than 5 miles from the nearest fire department. They are a great option and resource to provide very, very competitive rates in those situations.
Travelers insurance is the latest
So again, if you’ve called me for a quote, we’ve more than likely ran your quotes through Travelers as well. And more than likely, they’ve got a competitive rate that we can work up and provide you a lower rate and better coverage at the same time.
